We are communications and engagement experts. We have been appointed by Plymouth City Council (PCC) to independently manage and facilitate the engagement process and associated feedback on the proposed scheme for Armada Way.

Plymouth City Council (PCC) is responsible for the production of the new Armada Way scheme and other associated documents. The Engagement Report produced by ECF will be used by PCC to inform the future of Armada Way.
